LET'S EXPLORE THE HIMALAYAS TOGETHER
Have you ever wanted to explore something that you told yourself was slightly out of your reach, or visit a country with so much vibrance, culture and natural beauty, or even set yourself a new goal and achieve it?
Our aim at AGA Adventures is to fulfil all those examples and more. We not only offer a trek to Everest Basecamp or over incredible passes, but we make sure that every step of the way is filled with stories, humour, support, and fun. Our co- founders, Adriana Brownlee and Gelje Sherpa, share 3 Guinness World Records, over 30 8000m peak summits and over 40 mountaineering expeditions between them, you are certainly in the right hands and they will be there to accompany and guide every single client who comes through the AGA Adventures doors to undertake a new adventure in the Himalayas. This is what sets us apart from hundreds of other trekking companies out there, we don’t use local agencies to organise your trek, instead we do everything for you ourselves from the booking to the training and the trek itself.
Let’s Explore the Himalayas together.
There are hundreds of treks in Nepal, each with their own difficulty and characteristics. Trekking is an amazing way to experience the beauty of nature that the world has to offer as well as pushing yourself mentally and physically. You can experience the worlds most famous and renowned adventure treks and be a part of an extraordinary group of people that have stood in the foothills of Mt Everest and other 8000ers.
Take a look at our treks below, alternatively if you want to design your own bespoke trek, then get in touch.
I recently returned from the Everest Base Camp trek, guided by Adri and Gelje from AGA Adventures. Quite simply, it was the best trip I've ever been on. Adri, Gelj, Lakpa, Dawa and Phuri went above and beyond each day to make sure everyone in the group enjoyed the trek and made it successfully to Base Camp (which we all did). The team are some of the most experienced and knowledgeable mountaineers I've come across and It felt a great privaledge to be guided by them. They have some of the most fascinating stories of climbing Everest, K2 and other 8000m peaks, we were all in awe listening.
