The ultimate beginner’s high altitude climb that takes you deep into the heart of the Everest region to experience panoramic views of the worlds highest mountains whilst climbing on this incredible peak to add that extra challenge to your Everest Basecamp trek or to prepare for higher mountains

WHAT THE TREK INVOLVES

We will be with you all the way making sure that you have the all the skills required to summit, including a full day in Basecamp learning how to use a jumar, how to abseil safely, how to walk with crampons and more! 


You will begin your journey to 6,199m by trekking to Everest Basecamp, the original, quintessential hike filled with mountaineering history. Following this you will be acclimatized and ready for your big summit push where you will head to Lobuche Village and set up Basecamp close by. One day rest at basecamp and the following day, if weather is good, you will summit Lobuche East Peak with our incredible guides!

Internal client transportation (Pick up/Drop off from KTM airport, taxi to/from domestic airport, travel to restaurant for client dinner)
3 nights stay at a top hotel in KTM
Welcome dinner and farewell dinner
Flight to and from Lukla
Permits and park fee’s
Accommodation during trek and basecamp logistics.
Food and soft drinks (at the lodges) during trek and food and drinks at Basecamp and during your climb
Porters
Insurance for local guides
Internal client transportation

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
 

Airfare: International flights to/from Kathmandu
Visa fee for Nepal
Lake District training weekend (optional)
Lunch and dinner during stay in Kathmandu (apart from company organised dinners) • Extra hotel nights in Kathmandu
Extra food or drink and alcoholic beverages on the trek and climb
Personal expenses: Satellite phone call, battery recharging, showers, Wi-Fi, clothing, laundry, insurance
Helicopter ride to and from Lukla ($400 extra per person)
Rescue Evacuation: Medical Insurance and emergency rescue evacuation cost if required. (Rescue, Repatriation, Medication, Medical Tests and Hospitalization costs.) • Trekking and climbing equipment, clothes, and gear
Tips for Porters and assistant guides
